Refund policy

At Joud, we want you to shop with confidence. In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving them.

Conditions for Returns: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original tags still attached and returned in their original packaging/bags. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item and issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges: We also offer exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, contact us and we'll arrange it once the original item is returned in eligible condition.
