Shipping

How long does delivery take?

We aim to deliver all orders within 7–14 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any customs processing.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £99. Orders below £99 will be charged a standard shipping fee of £4.99.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping costs and timeframes for international orders will be displayed at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving them.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
Have all original tags still attached
Be returned in their original packaging/bags

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes! If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us at support@joudmodest.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached and in original packaging. We will arrange the exchange once we receive the returned item.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Contact us at support@joudmodest.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for the return or exchange.

Orders & Payments

Can I cancel or amend my order?

If you need to cancel or amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@joudmodest.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

How do I care for my garments?

Care instructions are included on the label of each garment. We recommend following these instructions carefully to maintain the quality of your clothing.
